Appointment of Lady Sheila Lynn Davenport as FANA’s First District Judge

February 5, 2024

One of the realities that the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas (FANA) was struck with as we expanded was that we needed to establish the different branches of the Federation.  One of the branches is the Judicial Branch.

FANA has slowly and methodically begun to form Judicial districts around the world.  These districts would include North America, Mexico, Central and South Americas, Hawaii and Polynesia Territories, and Europe.

FANA has been very careful in appointing some people who have legal backgrounds as Ambassadors, Legal Advisors, etc.

One of the recent appointments was Lady Sheila Lynn Davenport.  She is FANA’s Chief of Staff and Legal Advisor for International and Trade and has vast legal experience.

Lady Davenport has recently been appointed FANA’s first district judge. Her position is similar to the First Circuit judges that the United States established.

Presently her District encompasses the East Coast of the United States.  At this moment in time, FANA has not finalized the permanent geographical boundaries. Therefore, her district may change in size.

If you wish to learn more about Lady Davenport, please click here to read the article that I  posted last week.
